Normally, the ice produced by the ice machine needs to be stored in time to avoid melting. Ice storage designs vary depending on whether the user uses or sells ice.
Small commercial ice machines and some users who use ice regularly during the day do not need to have a refrigeration system in their ice storage. For example, flake ice machines used in supermarkets, and users who do not need to use ice at night but use ice at a fixed output and fixed time during the day.
Large ice factories need to store ice and provide customers with enough ice at all times. Refrigeration systems can slow down the melting of ice.
1.The insulation thickness of ice storage panel is 100 mm.
2.Middle Polyurethane foam, two sides can be color steel plate or stainless steel plate.
3.If there is no compressor condenser unit, the temperature inside the ice storage room is normal; or if there is a refrigeration unit, the temperature inside the ice storage room is -10 degrees.
4.The storage period of ice cubes is 1-3 days, and even longer if there is a refrigeration system.
The ice storage room below is made of internal and external stainless steel cold storage panels according to customer needs. It does not require a refrigeration system and the material is hygienic and durable.
In addition, considering the ventilation and heat exchange effect, the flake ice machine was changed to a split type. The ice bucket/drum is installed indoors, and the compressor condenser unit is installed outdoors to ensure the cooling effect of the flake ice machine.
