Freeze-drying is a technology that uses the principle of sublimation to dry. It is the process of rapidly freezing the dried material at low temperature, and then sublimating the frozen water molecules directly into water vapor escape in the appropriate vacuum environment. The product obtained by freeze-drying is called lyophilizer, and this process is called lyophilization.

8. Drying can remove more than 95%~99% water, so that the dried product can be stored for a long time without deterioration.

Because the material is frozen and the temperature is very low, the temperature of the heat source for heating is not high, and the requirements can be met by using normal temperature or low temperature heaters. If the freezing chamber and drying chamber are separated, the drying chamber does not need insulation, and there will not be much heat loss, so the use of heat energy is very economic.
