Leaf Vegetable + Mushroom + Fresh Cut Flower + Berries
It is applied to rapidly remove the heat of fruits and vegetables, edible fungi, flowers in the field, inhibit the respiration of fruits and vegetables, extend the freshness and shelf life of fruits and vegetables
The precooling time of different products is different, and different outdoor temperatures also have an impact. Generally, it takes 15-20 minutes for leafy vegetables and 15-25 minutes for mushrooms; 30~40 minutes for berries and 30~50 minutes for turf.
The internal and external reinforcement design of the vacuum box allows the forklift to enter easily.
The interior of the chamber is cleaned daily, and other quarterly inspections are detailed in the operation manual.
Configure the touch screen. In daily operation, the customer only needs to set the target temperature, press the start button, and the precooling machine will run automatically without manual intervention.
The pre-cooler can be used for more than ten years after regular maintenance.
