The vacuum precooler is designed to prevent the freshness and quality of fruits, vegetables and flowers from decreasing. The vacuum precooler is used to place fruits, vegetables and flowers in a vacuum tank. The water evaporates from the surface of fruits, vegetables and flowers under low pressure, and the water is used to capture the latent heat of evaporation from the surface of fruits, vegetables and flowers to achieve the cooling effect.
The original sensory and quality (color, aroma, taste and nutrition) of fruits and vegetables are best maintained, and the market price is high, which is favorable for sales.
Compared with fruits and vegetables that have not been pre-cooled, the freshness retention time is longer, which is suitable for long-term storage and long-distance transportation, and can extend the shelf life. Products that have been pre-cooled by vacuum can directly enter the supermarket without refrigeration, which has a broad commercial prospect.
